Catalina upgrade issues

Very old draft, anticipate inaccuracies and outdated information.

This upgrade went smoothly (unlike Mojave), so fairly uneventful..

Biggest issue is the switch to Zsh as the default shell, while you are not forced away from Bash, better to switch.

Decided to use Oh My Zsh as this provides a lot of plugins, themes etc.

Installing Oh My ZSH

To install Oh My ZSH, simply run

$ sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.github.com/ohmyzsh/ohmyzsh/master/tools/install.sh)"
$ chsh -s /bin/zsh   # change your default shell to Zsh
$ chsh -s /bin/bash  # change your default shell back to Bash

This will install a reasonable .zshrc, but I made a few modifications.

$ cat $HOME/.zshrc
